What is Bolt Depot's Customer Satisfaction Policy?
Our customer satisfaction policy is simple.If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your

How do I return items?
To return fasteners for exchange, replacement or refund, send
the product with the order number and your instructions to:

Refunds
Simply indicate in your instructions that you wish to receive
a refund and we will issue you a credit on the credit card
used for the purchase as soon as we receive your return.
Note: Due to credit card billing cycles credits may
take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.
Replacements and Exchanges
Simply indicate in your instructions that you would like us to replace or exchange the items you are returning. Make sure to indicate what you would like us to replace them with.
Differences in Cost
If the new items are less expensive than what you purchased
we will credit the difference to you on your purchasing
credit card.
Note: Due to credit card billing cycles credits
may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.
If the new items are more expensive than what you purchased
we will need to contact you to charge the difference. Make
sure you include a phone number that we can reach you at
