You are hands down the BEST web site to purchase hardware from. It is so confusing when you are looking to buy screws, bolts, etc. for various projects and you are the ONLY site that goes to the trouble of providing actual TABLES listing all the dimensions of every single size with an incredibly accurate and clear rendering of the item as well. You have no idea how much I appreciate having this EDUCATION available onsite while I'm shopping. It made my deck remodeling much less painful last year and continues to make this year's projects less annoying as well. I don't know who was responsible for this or your overall site layout and design but they are certainly intelligent, thinking people with a foresight towards an easy to navigate domain that is EXTREMELY informative as well. Thank you, thank you and thank you for not being one of the hundred sites that leave me with a headache looking for minor, but very important items!!! You are w/o a doubt a godsend to all of us that have run to the local HomeDepot or Lowes Ctr. looking for bolts, screws, nuts,etc... only to learn they do not carry what I'm looking for, especially in stainless and/or chrome, to ask for those items is like asking for blood. THANK YOU ALL!

I just wanted to tell you folks at BOLTDEPOT.com that I just received my first order today. You folks did a great job and will be getting my business in the future. I ordered parts on Monday, got a order confirmation email immediately and then got a shipping email with tracking number later that night. Parts arrived Thursday afternoon (MA to FLORIDA). I want to let you know how impressed I was last week after making an order. I made a very small order of 12 bolts and 4 nuts. The bolts were of high strength steel and the nuts(by accident)stainless. That afternoon I received a call from your company ( I wish I had taken his name) letting me know that the nuts were not of the same quality as the bolts, and was that what I intended. It was not and I changed the order. I was so stunned by the call I didn't even get a chance to tell them how impressed I was, nor to thank them appropriately.

I don't expect that kind of service anymore...seems that nobody cares about exceptional service. Particularly on such a small order. I don't know if your entire company performs this well or I just got the right guy on the right day. Well let me tell you this, I have shared my experience with at least 10 different people so far, most of whom I know will need hardware and I have added you to my favorite list.
