I have been a customer for a little over a year now and in that time you have had everything I needed in stock and ready to ship. I wasted a lot of money over the years on small purchases from the local Home Depot or Lowes trying to find stainless metric fasteners and washers. many times only to come from there not with what I was looking for. Only source I found

Repairing an old Wizard riding lawn mower,I needed two lag screws for a specialized battery box whose original screws had rusted out. After two trips to big stores and many calls, I finally searched the net and found you. You are the only source I found for 1/4" x 8 inch long lag screws. Great Job. Now listed in my favorite list.

Excellent Service

I am in the process of rebuilding a custom motorcycle. I was in need of good quality fasteners to complete the project. With the number of big box stores in our area our local fastener/hardware store has gone out of business and none of the big box stores carry exactly what I was needing so I searched online and found many fastener companies. Most of these companies have what I was looking for for but I had to buy in quantities I would never use. Looking at your website and a phone call to verify that what I was seeing was true I placed an order with The Bolt Depot. Very impressed. Quality is no match. Ordering was a breeze. Packaging and lableing was something I did not expect. Prices are not unreasonable. I can order as few or as many items as I need (very convienient) I even had a question about a fastener not listened on your website and via a phone conversation was told no problem just say when and we can have that part for you ASAP. I cannot thank you guys enough. I will continue to shop with your company for all my fastener needs. My only fear is that your company does not go out of business. Thanks again.

I want to let you know how impressed I was last week after making an order. I made a very small order of 12 bolts and 4 nuts. The bolts were of high strength steel and the nuts(by accident)stainless. That afternoon I received a call from your company ( I wish I had taken his name) letting me know that the nuts were not of the same quality as the bolts, and was that what I intended. It was not and I changed the order. I was so stunned by the call I didn't even get a chance to tell them how impressed I was, nor to thank them appropriately.

I don't expect that kind of service anymore...seems that nobody cares about exceptional service. Particularly on such a small order. I don't know if your entire company performs this well or I just got the right guy on the right day. Well let me tell you this, I have shared my experience with at least 10 different people so far, most of whom I know will need hardware and I have added you to my favorite list.

I received my order Friday and the bolts were just what I needed. You can be sure that I will use you again in the future. Please tell whoever called me,

I have been looking for seven years for an on-line fastener supplier that actually listens to the customer, delivers on promises made, ships product quickly at a reasonable cost, and is accessible by phone. I was astonished when my order arrived in three days. I became delirious with joy that you had actually lived up to the billing on your site. So delirious, in fact, that I ran out the front door and danced in the yard. All was quite joyfull until I realized that I was NAKED! Just as soon as the little lady bails me out of jail, I am putting in another order! Well done!

Excellent Selection, Great Prices, Exceptional Customer Service

I believe Bolt Depot is as close to perfect as any store can get. I was in the process of making a mounting bracket for a projector and I needed 4mm x .7 x 50mm bolts. I checked Home Depot and Lowes with no success. I found exactly what I needed at Bolt Depot - hard to find hardware that is both high quality and low cost.

I think that customer service is at least as important as quality and price. Usually, a company can only provide one or maybe two of the three (service, quality, price), so when I received bolts that were the wrong size I was not expecting the service I received. A live, friendly person answered the phone and took care of the problem within a minute or two. My total order was only $4.20 and I was treated like I spent thousands.
