No, as a service to our customers Bolt Depot has a policy of
no minimum order and no minimum quantity.
Are discounts available?
Yes, Bolt Depot offers discounts on full boxes and bulk quantities, as indicated on the website. We do not
offer any further volume or dealer discounts.

How do I check, modify, cancel,
or track my order?
Checking an Order
Confirming Your Order
We want to make sure you order the correct items. Therefore
we provide you with three opportunities to check your order.
- When you go to the checkout your cart will be displayed.
- Just before your card is charged your entire order will again be displayed for verification along with all costs.
- Within a half hour of placing your order, an email will be sent to you with a complete summary of your order including the costs.
Checking Shipping Status
When your order is shipped you will be sent an e-mail to
let you know the order is on its way. If for any reason
you do not receive this e-mail please feel free to call
us toll free at 1-866-337-9888 to check on your order.
In addition, if you have created a Bolt Depot account, you can log into your account at any time to view the status of your order(s).

Tracking an Order
If you provided a valid e-mail address when you were checking
out you will receive a UPS tracking number when your order
ships. At that point you may go to the UPS
web site, choose "tracking", then enter your tracking
number in the field provided.
If you have created a Bolt Depot account, you can log into your account at any time to view tracking numbers for your current and past orders.
NOTE: Your tracking results may not be available for up to
24hrs.
